Little was expected from Saturdays three 'Pace and Going' highlights and little was what we got!
Stasio started the ball rolling with a convincing win at a short price but it was downhill from there with Avon Breeze never able to get in from a bad draw, running wide for the duration of the trip and had nothing left when asked to deliver a challenge. Menelik disappointed on a major scale and was unable to discover its previous form on the surface.
We have five 'Pace and Going' highlights for today on a reasonable card for a Monday with the last two probably the strongest.
