A more miserable day I cannot remember with the only saving
grace being Bedazzled at a price that everybody and there Granny could have
picked.
Three from the rear Sekumkum almost pulled up in rough race
At the start of the day I truly felt that we had some sound
propositions and Sekumkum would ensure a profit for the day and everything else
a bonus. That went out the window after Toby Atkinson was nailed to the fence
as they turn for home in an extremely rough race that saw Darren Egan dropped
to the ground off Super Cookie prior to this.
I had the dubious distinction of taken 16-1 on Golden Desert

3 points Bedazzled helped the damage limitation before 2
points Lean on Pete, who looked like he might just undo previous losses failing
by a neck under Paul Mulrennan capping off a miserable evening.
Watching the final race of the evening with no interest I couldn’t
help but feel that racing was simply a circus with the results predefined and
