25-1 Roughie brings tears to my eyes.

The picture attached is the moment The Actuary All Weather Horse Racing Tips subscribers may have been prematurely counting our money. Its the moment that you realise that every horse is having its ears scrubbed off but nothing appears to be closing on long time leader and The Actuary 25-1 selection Luhaif. The moment that you feel you have landed a second big touch in two days. What a bitter pill, given its history and the position it was in that Birdman (green) would fly like Pegasus to collar our selection in the dying strides :(

What was notable is our Friday 20-1 winner True Spirit was backed down to 8-1 but was given little attention by the media, Luhaif, who was 25-1 when my email went out on Friday night, in contrast still returned at 14-1 even after Hugh Taylor had put it up as one of his selections the following morning.

Having already secured a nice profit for the day with Valmina (8-1) and Skinny Love (3-1) both winning Luhaif would have truly been the cherry on the top. As I am quick to criticise poor rides, I think it would be fair to heap praise on Sean Levey (True Sprit), Adam Beschizza (Skinny Love) and Joe Fanning (Valmina) for their tenaciousness on these rides.

Have a great Sunday and a prosperous Kempton J
