After breaking well and holding a prominent position until coming on and off the bridal in the final two and half furlongs the first pick Ryedale Valley fell out the back off the television until staying on again during the closing stages.

Our second and final selection fared far better. After a tardy start Ross Atkinson was force wide to make his ground on Balti’s Sister but was back on the bridal as they swung for home and once in front maintained a healthy advantage to the line making the early price of 6-1 look very generous.

Today, again we have another two picks

 Looking for a three timer 6:10 Theresnoneedfordat 13-8 with the only reservation being the choice of jockey. Not to suggest that there is anything wrong with Adam Kirby but it will be a first ride for Stuart Williams!

The second pick is 7:50 Norlander 8-1 who has been competitive in both its All Weather starts finishing well at Kempton Park over 7f after being given to much to do and feel its last run on the turf can be put to one side.
